We are looking for outgoing and dedicated ambassadors who want to represent Save the Children on streets, squares, malls, shops, and train stations in Stockholm.

This is your chance to work for a global children's rights organization that fights every day for children's rights to safety, education, and a bright future – while you develop yourself and have fun along the way!

About the job

As a F2F ambassador for Save the Children, you will meet people out on the street and inspire them to become monthly donors.

You will work in a social and supportive team where everyone is passionate about making a difference.

We provide you with all the training and coaching you need to succeed in the role – the most important thing is your commitment and your desire to make an impact.

We offer

Competitive fixed hourly wage of 200 SEK/h
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–4:30 PM (including 25 min break)
Flexibility: work 3–5 days a week
Training & daily coaching – develop your communication and leadership skills

We are looking for someone who

Is social, outgoing, and brave
Enjoys meeting new people
Has good communication skills and speaks fluent Swedish
Is goal-oriented, engaged, and wants to contribute to something meaningful
Has experience in sales, service, or communication – a plus, but not a requirement
